The XC2300B family includes XC2336B (LQFP-64) and XC236xB (LQFP-100) derivatives and is a low-end extension of the XC2300 microcontroller family focused on security applications. With a maximum memory capacity of 320kB flash and up to 34kB of random access memory, this family of microcontrollers can run up to 80MHz, making them ideal for cost-sensitive, low-end safety applications such as low-end safety braking or seatbelt pretensioner applications.
